Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days

  • Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding holidays

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time

Please note: As a small resale business, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods.


Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Item weight

    • Package size

    • Delivery location

We currently ship using reputable carriers such as USPS and UPS.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • We ship within the United States

  • Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination

  • Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


International Shipping

At this time, Piper May Co. does not offer international shipping.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Piper May Co. is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delays caused by the carrier or weather

If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.


Combined Shipping

Items may ship separately depending on availability and packaging needs.
