Due to the nature of our business and the fact that we sell pre-owned, gently used, and resale items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Fit issues

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor wear consistent with pre-owned items

Item Condition & Descriptions

We make every effort to:

  • Accurately describe each item

  • Photograph items clearly from multiple angles

  • Note any visible flaws, wear, or imperfections

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed the item description and photos

  • Pre-owned items may show normal signs of wear

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Significantly not as described, or

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • Store credit (at our discretion)

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
